Who We Are

Our name, Faraham, originated from Urdu word that means ‘to gather’ reflects our belief that healing and growth begins when we gather the parts of ourselves that may have been ignored, silenced, or hidden and return to wholeness.

At its heart, Faraham exists to help people gather inward—reconnecting with body, story, identity, and resilience—and grow outward in ways that feel authentic and aligned.

Meet Haider Jasdan.

Coach. Psychotherapist. Systems Thinker. Storyteller.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: change is possible, and it starts with being seen.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worn many hats—corporate leader, mental health professional, group facilitator—and each has shaped the way I hold space today. I’ve worked in global, multi-generational, and multicultural environments, with organizations like Biocon, Adobe, and InMobi.

My approach is influenced by formal training in psychotherapy (Transactional Analysis), coaching (ICF-based, Gallup StrengthsFinder), and somatic and unconscious group processes. I also bring in perspectives from being an NLP practitioner and Psychodrama facilitator.

I draw from real-world experience leading teams, navigating systems, and holding complexity. I’ve worked with individuals seeking clarity and healing, as well as leaders and organizations looking to shift culture, strengthen collaboration, and grow consciously. What I bring to every space is presence, intuition, curiosity—and a deep respect for the wisdom people already carry.

How We Work

We listen deeply and respond to what’s alive in the moment.

There’s no standard formula here. Whether we’re in a therapy session or a leadership coaching conversation, we start with where you are—and move at the pace your body and context allow. Sessions are co-created: a space to pause, reflect, inquire, and make sense of what’s showing up.

We might work with patterns, inner parts, body sensations, or beliefs. We might name emotions, unpack dynamics, or explore meaning. The work is fluid, grounded, and always in service of what matters most to you.
